The Black Moods are a three-piece rock band from Tempe, Arizona, built on raw, amplified rock & roll — electric guitar, anthemic hooks, and percussive punch that turns a room into a singalong within thirty seconds. Their story is the subject of 500 Days of Silence, a feature documentary distributed by Freestyle Digital Media featuring commentary from Sammy Hagar and Michael Anthony (Van Halen), Corey Taylor (Slipknot), Rick Springfield, and Kevin Cronin (REO Speedwagon) — now streaming on Amazon, Apple TV, DirecTV, Sling TV, and more. Since forming in 2012, the band has landed four singles in the Billboard Mainstream Rock Top 30, shared stages with ZZ Top and Godsmack, and taken "Time Bomb" to #1 on Italy's Radiofreccia chart.

Their 2020 album Sunshine put them on the map with four Top 30 singles, including the title track at #16. The follow-up, Into the Night, was produced by Grammy-nominee Johnny "K" Karkazis, with additional studio work alongside legendary engineer Eddie Kramer (Led Zeppelin, The Beatles, The Rolling Stones). They've since opened direct support for ZZ Top, played a critically-acclaimed set at Aftershock Festival, become recurring guests on the nationally syndicated Bob & Tom Show, and landed the cover of Phoenix New Times.
